Since 2004, Furtwangen University’s Business School is making its expert knowledge in the Chinese economy and international business relations available to the general public. An extensive network of well-known partner universities and companies active in China has grown up over the years and is actively fostered and constantly expanded. All these contacts and the expertise flowing from them, benefits the HFU Business School’s China-Institute. 

The Business School offers the China-Institute as a China-related research and development platform, a global business system as a service provider. Our mission is to shape globalisation with the overriding aims of humanity and sustainability through the creation and transfer of knowledge as well as the promotion of understanding, insight and cooperation.

We provide China-related application-oriented scientific services in the areas of economics, management, international business and law.

 

Typical fields of activities are for example market, profitability or risk analyses, international accounting, raising funds, management and control systems, remuneration systems, recruiting, staff development, staff retention, production control, organisational development, intercultural cooperation, change management, executive training, process optimisation, quality management, contract law, protection of proprietary technologies etc.
