We are here to help you

Planning to study and live in Germany is an exciting but challenging undertaking. At HFU, we help you throughout the whole process — from the application and admission procedure, through the paperwork such as obtaining a visa, obtaining residence and work permits, to the practical matters such as finding accommodation and getting the right insurance. We want to make your study experience as enjoyable as possible right from the word go.

We hope that you will find all the information you need here, but if not, just contact us and we will do our best to help. For more information on who exactly will be assisting you, check the relevant section below.

HFU Business School

The HFU Business School have coordinators for each of its degree programmes who are available to answer questions and give help and advice at all times  — from the start of the application process, through the "moving to Germany" period and, of course, also after arrival to help everything go smoothly. Once an application has been accepted, the coordinator will contact the applicants with all the necessary information to help plan their move to Germany (e.g. visa application, accommodation, travel and logistics etc.).

More information can be found under the individual degree programmes on the Business School webpages here.

Master's Students

The master's programme coordinators for each Master's programme are happy to help master's students in any way they can with the planning process, whether it's finding accommodation or even being picked up at the station on arrival. The contact information for each master's programme coordinator can be found here.
