Through the DAAD STIBET Programme, HFU can offer a limited number of scholarships every year.

Studienabschlussbeihilfen are scholarships which offer financial assistance to students during the period when they are sitting their final exams.  Stipendien mit Betreuungsleistung are scholarships which stipulate that recipients work for approximately 2-4 hrs/wk at the International Center assisting other international students. Germany Scholarships (Deutschlandstipendien)
A small number of "Germany Scholarships" are sometimes available for both German and non-German undergraduate students who have achieved outstanding academic results. Applications are accepted once a year at the end of the summer semester and the scholarships are awarded by a committee selected by the university senate. The Ministry of Education website contains more information about Germany Scholarships.

HFU Master's Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships for Master's students are available through some HFU faculties. For more information please contact the faculty directly.

Baden-Württemberg Scholarships
Exchange students from HFU partner universities are eligible to apply for a Baden-Württemberg Scholarship for their exchange semester at HFU. Students must be nominated by their home university. Direct application is not possible. Please contact the International Center at HFU for more information.

Other Scholarships
International HFU students who have achieved outstanding results in their foundation studies (first two semesters), can apply to various organizations for financial support, e.g. Kölner Gymnasial- und Stiftungsfonds. Further information about other possible funding organizations can be found here. Information on scholarships is available through the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Bonn.
