In the last lecture this year in the Executive MBA “Best Practices“ lecture series at the HFU Business School, Furtwangen University, Jakob Wößner, Senior Manager at MHP, a subsidiary of Porsche, will be speaking about modern organizational change management. Jakob Wößner will be demonstrating the 3-year path leading from crisis to one of the most modern organizational developments using practical examples. In doing so, he will be looking at both theoretical models and their practical application.
MHP is one of the leading consultancies worldwide. As a Porsche subsidiary and process supplier, their approach to consulting combines management and IT consulting, besides expert knowledge of the automotive industry. The company was founded in 1996 and has 7 locations across Germany. It also has branches in Switzerland, the USA, China and Romania.
Jakob Wößner began his career at MHP in 2006 after completing his degree in Media Informatics at Ulm University. As Senior Manager Organizational Design and Transformation, he is responsible for organization design and development, strategy development and operationalization, organizational consulting, lean IT and agile organization. Since 2007 he has been teaching Process and Quality Management at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, and since 2015, IT Management at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart. He has won awards in the Wirtschaftswoche “Best of Consulting“ competition five times since 2013.
