Parameter-based Service Design in the Innovation of Product Service Systems

How can industrial concerns develop their services more effectively and more easily while still meeting customers' demands?

In the ParaBaSe project, design parameters for Product Service Systems will be identified and classified to create a basic structure or model of service development. The development tasks will thus be operationalized in an innovative manner and creativity will be focussed on various aspects during the service development process.

The process which will be developed will be largely based on Service Engineering know-how and methods. It will also take customer perceptions into account so that right from the start a high level of service quality can be achieved.
